Amorphous is the debut collection from A. Attar, presenting a raw and uninhibited exploration of mental fragmentation and obsessive love. Divided into three evocative sections, the book takes readers on a journey through "Fragments of a Broken Mind," where social anxiety and queer identity are masked and isolation is found on late-night trains. The narrative shifts into "The Changing Shapes of the Moon," chronicling a transformative yet destructive relationship in which the speaker willingly plunges into the "gravity" of another, only to find themselves "cracked" and "hollow." Finally, in "Odds Are Against Us," the speaker comes to realize the relationship's incompatibility and the ways in which their love has been exploited.
